We offer classes throughout the day to accommodate your busy lifestyle. Whether you prefer an energizing morning practice, a midday reset, or an evening wind-down, you'll find a class that fits your schedule. All classes are available to drop-in students, and advance registration ensures your spot in popular time slots.

Weekly Schedule Overview

Our schedule features a variety of class types throughout the week. Here's what you can expect:

Morning Classes (6:00 AM - 9:00 AM)

Start your day with intention. Our early morning classes are perfect for those who want to energize before work or get their practice in before the day's demands begin.

  • 6:00 AM - Hot Yoga (90 min): The classic 26-posture series to start your day with focus and clarity
  • 7:00 AM - Hot Express (60 min): A condensed practice for busy mornings
  • 9:00 AM - Flow (75 min): Creative vinyasa to energize and inspire

Midday Classes (11:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

Perfect for lunch breaks, flexible schedules, or those who practice best when fully awake.

  • 11:30 AM - Hot Yoga (90 min): Reset your day with a midday practice
  • 12:00 PM - Hot Express (60 min): Perfect for lunch-hour practitioners

Afternoon Classes (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM)

Transition from work to evening with a rejuvenating practice.

  • 4:00 PM - Yin Yoga (75 min): Slow down and release tension from the day
  • 4:30 PM - Hot Yoga (90 min): Full practice for those with flexible schedules

Evening Classes (5:30 PM - 8:30 PM)

Our busiest time slots for those who practice after work. Early registration recommended.

  • 5:30 PM - Hot Express (60 min): Popular after-work option
  • 6:00 PM - Hot Yoga (90 min): Complete practice to unwind from the day
  • 6:00 PM - Flow (75 min): Creative movement to release work stress
  • 7:30 PM - Yin Yoga (75 min): Wind down for restful sleep
  • 8:00 PM - Restorative (60 min): Deep relaxation before bed

  • 8:00 AM - Hot Yoga (90 min)
  • 10:00 AM - Power Hot Yoga (75 min)

Sunday

  • 9:00 AM - Hot Yoga (90 min)

Booking Your Class

While drop-ins are welcome, we recommend registering in advance, especially for popular evening and weekend classes. Registration guarantees your spot and helps us prepare the studio for optimal class size.

New students should arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration and get oriented to the studio. Returning students should arrive 5-10 minutes before class to set up their mat and settle in.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 2 hours before class if you cannot attend. This allows other students to take your spot and helps us maintain appropriate class sizes. Consistent late cancellations may result in booking restrictions.
